On this page
Devexana comes in two editions, Government/Education and Business. Government/Education is the default. Both editions run on the same appliance, with the same read-only sources and the same audit log.
What differs
| Feature | Government/Education | Business |
|---|---|---|
| Insights dashboards, metrics and plain-language Insights questions | Not included | Included |
| Fleet devices view | Not included | Included |
| New-hire assistant | Not included | Included |
| WireGuard remote access | Not included | Included. An administrator turns it on |
| Compliance exports | In the auditor evidence pack | In the auditor evidence pack and on the Insights screens |
Where compliance exports are
On the Government/Education edition, compliance exports are in the auditor evidence pack. The evidence pack includes an OSCAL package and the result of the audit chain check. On the Business edition, the Insights screens also show these exports.
Audit log and the auditor evidence pack describes the evidence pack.
What the edition does not change
Both editions use the same controls:
- The same read-only sources, with each read function off until an administrator approves it.
- The same lock on network-device changes. In this release, Devexana code blocks changes to network-device configuration.
- The same hash-chained audit log and egress log.
- The same cloud settings.
