THE PLATFORM

Your systems.
One place to understand them.

Ask about your network, inventory, or earlier fixes. Devexana works from records on your appliance and shows the sources behind an answer.

Talk about your systems
01

What do we own?

Assets, people, and network records come together in one inventory, with the source attached.

02

How did we fix this last time?

Search earlier problems and their resolutions, so useful knowledge stays with the team.

03

What is plugged into that port?

Follow a connection from the building to the switch to the port, then ask about the records behind it.

04

Who approved that change?

Supported changes are proposed for a person to review and accept. The audit record preserves who approved each step.

Local intelligence. Clear boundaries.

Answers respect the asking person’s access. Cloud AI is optional and sends nothing until a cloud AI key or sign-in is stored on the box. Device changes require human acceptance.

How it starts, before anything is connected.

Three conversations first. Nothing is installed until your team has agreed, in writing, what a trial has to prove.

  1. See your systems clearlySee how your team’s questions connect to the records you already have.
  2. Tell us what you runWhich programs, which records, and who is allowed to see what.
  3. Agree on what a trial must proveWritten down before anything is installed.

Questions we get first

Does our information leave our building?

Not on its own. The thinking happens on the box in your building. Cloud AI sends nothing until a cloud AI key or sign-in is stored on the box; what each capability sends, and when a person confirms it, is set out in our Privacy Policy and Terms. An optional web lookup, off by default, sends only a search phrase.

Can Devexana change our systems on its own?

No. Changing a device is a separate feature someone has to switch on, and each change is proposed, read by a person, and accepted before it happens. Which devices support this depends on the equipment you run.

How is pricing decided?

We look at the hardware, the systems you want read, what you need it to do, and the support you want, then write it up as a proposal. A conversation is the first step.

Is Turtletown a real customer?

No. Turtletown is our made-up town. Our illustrations use invented networks and readings. Nothing shown is a customer, a partnership, or a measured result.
